Influence of the stress level and hygrothermal conditions on the creep/recovery behaviour of high-grade flax and hemp fibre reinforced GreenPoxy matrix composites

This paper investigates the influence of stress level and hygrothermal conditions on creep/recovery behaviour three high-grade composites made GreenPoxy flax hemp fibres. The results show that levels instantaneous, time-delayed residual strains increase with applied load severity environment. materials are higher in creep phase than recovery phase. A stiffening effect is also observed during post-creep viscoelastic properties then identified using an anisotropic law from function. relaxation time function independent environmental conditions. viscous parameter varies increases substantially severe dependence due to phenomenon irreversible mechanisms rather behaviour.
